FAQ

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can click here to schedule an appointment online, or you can contact me via text at 909-638-4540. It is recommended to schedule your appointments in advance, especially prior to major holidays.

What are Lash Extensions?

Lash extensions are semi-permanent, synthetic fibers that are applied strand by strand with specially formulated non-irritating glue to your own lashes to enhance your eye shape. Lash extensions grow out naturally and can be customized to create specific depth and elongation to your eye shape for the exact effect you crave.

Will they damage my natural lashes?

If going to a technician that is properly trained, no, extensions should not cause damage to your natural lashes. As long as you do not pick or pull them, they will naturally shed on their own.

How long do they last?

With proper care extensions can last up to 4-5 weeks before they fully shed. The shedding cycle will happen in tandem with your natural hair-growth cycle. To maintain the full-lashed effect, it is recommended to get your lashes filled every 2-3 weeks.

What do I need to do for my first appointment?

Come with clean eyes, with out any residue from mascara.  The cleaner they are the longer they last. DO NOT come with your eyelashes curled from a lash curler.

How do I know if I'm allergic?

Usually if you have an allergic reaction , it will happen 24 hours after your lash appointment. Typically it consists of swelling around the eye area. If that is the case, please let me know immediately and go see an eye doctor. There they will be able to prescribe you with some type of medication to help the swelling go down.

Do I have to avoid water?

Not at all! If you do choose to go swimming or get in the ocean, then it is recommended to wash your lashes once you are done to remove and salt and/or chlorine. This allows for better retention.

What is microblading?

Microblading is a semi-permanent tattoo technique, manually done to create the illusion of fuller brows. It is a 2 step process, meaning you will have to come in 2 times, 6 weeks apart to get the desired brow.

How long does it last?

Results can last anywhere from one to three years, depending on your skin type (the ink fades faster on oily skin), products, and lifestyle.

What do I need to do before my appointment?

I recommend not drinking alcohol & caffeine for 24 hours prior to the appointment, because they tend to thin the blood.
